Khloe Kardashian Reveals Her Intense Post-Baby Diet And Fans Are Concerned For Her Health

Each member of the Kardashian family has made their fame and fortune off the back of their individual identity, be it Kylie with her cosmetics, Kendall the supermodel, Kourtney with her natural living or Kim, who has earned $175 million by just being Kim Kardashian.

For a long time, Khloe Kardashian struggled to find her niche. Initially, her fun and open personality was her unique selling point. Hosting shows such as Kocktails with Khloe, the 33-year-old reality star was able attract a loyal following to rival that of her sisters due to her relatability and relaxed attitude.

However, it was clear that in comparison, Khloe was the second rate sister. Whilst Kendall and Kylie paraded down the red carpet at the Met Gala and other high-profile events, Khloe stayed at home and while Kim married Kanye West in a star-studded ceremony, Khloe was picking up the pieces of her broken marriage to the basketball star, Lamar Odom.

But then, just when it seemed that Khloe's niche would be her ability to get into difficult situations, something changed.

Practically overnight, the California-born star became addicted to fitness and clean, healthy eating. Suddenly, her Instagram became peppered with pictures of her in work out clothes, drinking protein shakes whilst eating egg whites.

Then came her spin-off reality show, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, arguably one of her most successful solo ventures.

"My life transformed a few years ago when I made the decision to stop existing and start living," she explained to her 76.5 million followers via Instagram."I decided when I was ready regardless of what anybody else was saying about me. Regardless of the pressures. I had to do this on my terms or I knew it wouldn't last."

Many fans speculated whether Khloe would be able to maintain this dedication after the birth of her first child, True, who was born on April 12, 2018.

Of course, she has. In fact, she even hit the gym for some mild exercise whilst pregnant, which caused a great deal of controversy with her fans who wanted to see the reality star relax.

Now, nearly two months since giving birth, Khloe is throwing herself back into her hectic workout schedule, having already lost 30lbs, according to her official app.

Of course, the idea of a heavy workout so soon after childbirth is most mother's worst nightmare, but it doesn't end there for Khloe. In addition to the exhausting exercise routine and caring for True, Khloe also monitors what she eats.

 "I'm currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr. Goglia, gave me," she explains. "It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating!"

Khloe will start the day with a tablespoon of jam and almond butter, which gives her just enough energy to last through her grueling morning workout.

Her fitness session is then followed by two eggs and one cup of berries. As a mid-morning snack, she tucks into a piece of fruit and some almonds.

Before she became pregnant, the 5ft 10 reality diva revealed that she weighed 128lbs (9st 1lbs), which is no doubt her goal weight now that she has been cleared by her physician to exercise again.

Of course, its almost certain that Khloe wills hare her journey via social media, so for now it's a case of staying tuned to see her transformation take place!
