What Jennifer Aniston Eats In A Day Probably Won’t Make You Too Jealous

There's no denying that 49-year-old Jennifer Aniston has an exceptional body. In fact, Jennifer is pretty much the definition of "body goals", and she is one of the few celebrities that is never caught out of shape.

But how does she do it? And, more importantly, if you wanted her body, could you commit to eating exactly what Jen eats?

Well, Jen spoke to Elle magazine about her diet, and seriously, it will probably make you a little sad inside.

Before we get into Jen's incredible diet, however, let's bear in mind that it's complemented by the Friends star's commitment to yoga, and she loves nothing more than starting and ending her days "[rolling] around with my doggies on the floor."

In the interview with Elle, Jen revealed what exactly it is she eats to maintain her body and she certainly gets her stomach off to a good start too.

"When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites," she said.

For a woman who can afford to eat wherever and whatever she wants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, she sure does keep it simple.

Pictured below is a typical example of what Jen eats for breakfast - which, as you can tell, is both nutrient-rich and filling.

Jen continued in her interview with Elle, "I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that. Sometimes, I'll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I'll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end."

"Justin, my husband, taught me that little move to get extra protein! Right before [the oatmeal] is finished cooking, you just whip in an egg white and it kind of gives it this fluffy texture that's delicious."

Oh, Jen, you are wild!

Lunch for Jen means "some form of vegetables or salad with protein—pretty basic" and dinner is "probably the same." But what about snacks? Surely Jennifer enjoys the occasional snack? A burger? NO! No burgers?!

Jen shared this picture below on Instagram with the caption, "My perfect salad - Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, & pistachios."

Jennifer admits that she does enjoy the occasional snack, which usually consists of "an apple and almond butter" or just an apple and some nuts. Well, that's crackers... oh no wait, Jen doesn't eat those.

In another interview with Yahoo! Food, Jen made a point of revealing that she doesn't even indulge at Christmas, saying, "I don't let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button."

Though, if it makes everyone feel a little less guilty about their own eating habits, pasta is now back on the menu for Jen.

"Pasta has taken over as my new favorite go-to-town food," something she credited her now ex-husband for in her Elle interview. "Yes, he has brought the pasta back into my life. I don't know whether I should thank him or hate him for that."

Definitely thank him, Jen.
