Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is one of the most successful men on the planet right now. Not only is he one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, but he has also managed to cultivate an extremely successful career for himself in Hollywood.
His huge success as an actor has seen the eight-time WWE Champion become one of the highest paid actors in the film industry - an according to Forbes, he earned an eye-watering $65 million in 2017 alone for hit movies like Baywatch, Jumanji:Welcome to the Jungle and The Fate of the Furious, the eighth film in the Fast and Furious franchise.
Not only is he hugely successful, but he is also a generally great guy. Just remember that time he accepted a fan's prom proposal...
But whilst he is known for being a softie with a huge heart, it is The Rock's physical strength and chiseled body that had made him the icon that he is today.
Of course, it takes a lot of hard work and determination to maintain a physique like The Rock...
Unfortunately, you don't get to look like an Adonis by consuming junk food on a daily basis, so naturally, his diet is extremely healthy. In fact, according to a tweet from back in 2013, The Rock's diet consists mainly of vegetables, fish, chicken and egg whites.
But it's certainly not all work and no play for the actor because every now and then, he (quite rightly) treats himself to a large and deliciously unhealthy meal.
But this is The Rock we're talking about, so his "cheat meal" his hardly going to be just a Burger King Whopper washed down with a chocolate shake. As you can imagine, his cheat meals are ludicrously excessive...
For example, take this late night snap that he uploaded to Instagram with the following caption:
"Yeah, so this cheat meal went down at 11:45 pm last night. 8 slices of sourdough French toast topped with loads of apple pie. Sat on the couch like the big, brown, bald, tattooed glutinous version of Jabba The Hutt and watched the Force Awakens again.
It was my Christmas gift to myself and I want everyone out there to remember one of our golden rules during the holidays: Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself."
Whilst his usual meals may be the epitome of health and nutrition, his cheat meals are the opposite. When he indulges, he really goes all out.
I mean, the California-born star once feasted on 12 pancakes, four double dough pizzas, and 21 brownies after almost half a year of eating clean every single day.
To add to that, he once uploaded a picture to Instagram of himself sat behind an enormous stack of pancakes - and, I mean, if the pancake stack is nearly as big as The Rock, then it can't be called a light bite.
"Just past midnight and have to get up in 5hrs, yet I refuse to not enjoy my well-earned cheat meal banana chocolate chip pancakes," he told his 108 million Instagram followers. "Don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself. Gluttony awaits me."
Watch him devour his pancakes in this hilarious video...
"It is Sunday, it's just past midnight and it is my cheat day," he says in the video. "I'm tired, I've flown all day. I have to get up in about five hours and I refuse to go to bed until I enjoy my cheat meal.
"Now, I don't know about you guys but I've got to have everything perfectly aligned before I eat my cheat meal. I had seven, so now I have two left banana chocolate chip pancakes. They were amazing"
In addition to his perfectly presented cheat meals, the 46-year-old star has to also have "good reading material". For example, during one cheat meal he reveals that he's reading the "badass" script for Hobbs and Shaw, a Fast And Furious spin-off which is set for release in 2019.
"In about an hour, I'm going to be in the sugar sweats and a carb coma but I refuse to be defeated. Happy cheat day," he proudly says after devouring his meal.
More recently, the 6ft 5in icon shared a snap of another late night cheat meal. However, this time it was a little bit different...
This time he accompanied his beloved pancakes with a tray of sushi large enough to cater for a crowd at a buffet.
If anything, The Rock's extravagant cheat meals make him even more relatable to us common folk. I mean, I know they're huge, but it just goes to show that someone as disciplined as him will occasionally indulge in his sweet tooth. He truly is a legend.
