The debate over who is the best Kardashian will probably go on for generations (or not). The debate for which one has the best body is just as heated. Just when one posts something racy, you have another one quickly following up with something just as jaw-dropping and physics denying.
How do they get their stunning bods? Hard work, a lot of nutritious and filling salads, not to mention keeping up with a lot of exercises. While the way they execute this formula can be contested, you cannot argue with their determination to eat well and look good. It’s why you have people like me scouring their social media for the latest health and fitness tips to give you. This time, it’s the turn of Kourtney to preach the good word.
Kourtney Kardashian is no stranger to a scantily-clad picture or selfie, frequently showing off her phenomenal figure on social media. As it turns out, what keeps the mega-hottie star in shape is a little something that everyone has in their kitchen cupboards. Kourtney Kardashian cited apple cider vinegar as being the secret to her sensational physique as she spilt her weight loss secrets in her latest app post.
The 38-year-old reality star admitted she swallows the condiment twice a day. Her offbeat diet rituals don’t end there, however. She confessed: “Every morning when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach. About 20 minutes after the collagen, I usually drink one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed into a glass of water.”
Kourtney explains that “both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients.” The mother of three will also take a vegan probiotic shot, before tucking into a freshly-made avocado pudding, which contains the E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil.
After she’s done with that she will attend to errands or hang out with her 24-year-old boo, the model Younes Bendjima, Kourtney will tuck into another spoonful of apple cider vinegar before dinner.
As I’ve mentioned, her toned physique is also the result of a gruelling workout regime, which Kourtney completes five or six times a week. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star always has a meal plan to follow so she is constantly fueling herself with good food.
A typical day’s meals has some whole grain oatmeal with bee pollen or seeds, and a salad with salmon and a homemade dressing for breakfast and lunch respectively. Her evening meal is usually made up of a simple soup, with asparagus and sweet potato being among her favourite concoctions. The apple cider vinegar stays constant.
Kourtney highlights the importance of meal prep, saying: “I usually try to make soups and chilli on a Sunday, so I have the extras in the fridge when I’m busy during the week.” But the brunette beauty was quick to affirm that she still treats herself to some of life’s indulgences, enthusing: “You have to live your life!” Which, for me, translates to: “no one will judge you that much if you have a fourth slice of cake.” And I think I can live with that.
