As I’m sure you’ve heard by now, Cadbury’s have just released their newest Creme Egg edition and it’s Oreo flavoured. While the news of the Oreo Creme Egg is essentially the best story I’ve heard all year, there’s one minor drawback: they’re only available in certain locations.
For those of you in the UK, Cadbury’s have just announced that they’re going to be stocking the eggs in time for Easter. Sadly, if you’re in the US, there’s no word as to whether these eggs are going to be stocked in your stores anytime soon.
However, instead of sitting there crying all over your boring bog standard Creme Egg, perhaps it’s time to do something about this little problem. Yes, that’s right: you could simply head to the kitchen and make your own.
Thanks to Facebook chef Ben Churchill, we now all have the lowdown on how to make an Oreo Creme Egg in the comfort of our own home. The ingredients? Well, you can probably guess that one: it’s a packet of Oreos, and a Creme Egg.
Although this creation clearly isn’t exactly the same as the real Oreo Creme Egg, it’s pretty darn close. In fact, I’m willing to bet that once all the flavours are mixing together in your mouth, it’ll taste almost exactly like the real deal.
